By participating in the Best of Benton County contest, users agree to follow all posted rules and guidelines.

Participants may not engage in automated voting, vote manipulation, or any activity intended to unfairly influence results. The contest organizer reserves the right to remove votes, disqualify entries, or restrict participation if abuse is suspected.

All decisions regarding eligibility, voting, and winners are final.

The contest organizer reserves the right to modify categories, rules, or timelines, or to cancel the contest if circumstances require.

Participation in the contest does not guarantee publication or recognition.
